The canteen designs dishes according to the tastes and preferences of the elderly group, and adopts the mode of stir-frying in the back kitchen, on-site meals, self-selection by the elderly, and service dining.
At present, the elderly in the Bund community can use the street "five sides and ten colors" to eat for the elderly, and enjoy an 85% discount on all kinds of stir-fried dishes. While the canteen is given priority to the elderly, it is also open to the surrounding buildings and other groups of people in the community.
Located at No. 666 Huining Road, Shanghai Huangpu District Jiujiu Xinyi Nursing Home has 222 approved beds, currently has 164 elderly people and 78 employees, providing residential, medical, health care, rehabilitation and nursing services for the elderly, dementia and disability. The nursing home focuses on building a four-in-one Xinyi home of "medical care, nursing, nursing and entertainment", integrates the whole process of butler elderly care services, and creates a care system of intermediary care for the elderly and nursing care for the elderly. There are medical institutions in the nursing home, which opens up a "green medical channel" to provide full medical and health protection for the elderly. At the same time, an intelligent system is built to realize integrated operation and monitoring. Relying on intelligent technology for the elderly, the housekeeper, the elderly and their children can achieve real-time interaction between the whole process to ensure the effective allocation of elderly care service resources.
