1. To make a frying pan with cauliflower and mushrooms: Heat the butter in a large saucepan or skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the onion until softened (about 3 minutes).

2. Add the mushrooms and fry on all sides for about 4-5 minutes. Make sure the mushrooms ooze as much liquid as possible. If desired, fry a little more for a while so that the dish does not become soaked at the end. Look carefully and at the same time not burn ;)

3. Once the mushrooms are fried, add the cauliflower. Fry until golden brown and crispy with the edges, about 8-10 minutes. Vegetables must be fried until golden brown.

4. Add the vegetable broth and cook for 2 minutes, reducing the sauce slightly.
