During May this year, Comrade Huang He was responsible for maintaining the order of the traffic rush hour at the intersection of Zizhang Street and Qianqiu Road in Yima City, because the huge traffic flow in this section from 7 to 8 am every day, in a working time of up to one hour, he guided passing vehicles more than 3,000 times, directed the orderly passage of vehicles and personnel, avoided long-term traffic jams, and effectively relieved the traffic pressure in urban areas.
Comrade Huanghe also carried out targeted rectification and propaganda and education on this section of the road; during the rectification, he adhered to the principle of "three never let go, four uniforms," did not let go of a vehicle that might obstruct traffic safety, nor did he let go of any illegal vehicle that tried to evade legal punishment, so as to truly ensure that road traffic violations were discovered and dealt with together. He has publicized and educated urban parking nearly 200 times, and on the basis of strict law enforcement, he has also done everything possible to provide first-class services for drivers and the general public. At about 10 a.m. on May 14, a small car suddenly stopped when it drove to the intersection of Renmin Road and Taishan Road. During May, Comrade Huanghe investigated and dealt with more than 800 traffic violations of various kinds, including 13 cases of drunk driving, more than 110 times of driving a motor vehicle without wearing a seat belt, more than 300 cases of illegal parking of motor vehicles, more than 400 cases of large trucks being banned and unclear number plates, and persuading more than 160 large trucks from other places that had not applied for permits, thus effectively maintaining traffic order in Yima City.
