Wheat is one of the world's major food crops and one of the continent's most important food crops. GenoBaits® Wheat 100K Panel products rely on more than 1,000 hexaploid wheat resequencing data, 45,000 GBS data, nearly 1,000 exon sequencing data and commercial chip data at home and abroad, and cover thousands of QTL sites, suitable for wild species, farm seeds, cultivars and diploid and tetraploid germplasm materials, and can be used for germplasm resource evaluation, map construction and genome-wide association analysis. In the product development process, high-quality SNP sites in foreign and domestic materials were selected respectively, and germplasm resources of 100KSNP were generated through site optimization, and the initial probe was designed to use 100 materials at home and abroad, and finally the product was formed after experiments and optimization. Among them, the high-quality SNP data in foreign materials came from 1,000 wheat exomes project, dbSNP database, GBS database, CropSNPdb, etc.; High-quality SNP data from domestic materials come from WGVD: wheat database, wheat genome variation joint database, etc.
