Mu Xu Yunting is located in the core area of Yuncheng, north of Yunmen Street and west of Chuangming Road, with a total construction area of about 120,000 square meters, 9 main buildings, and a total number of 622 residential households.
The façade design of the project adopts a simple and elegant style, emphasizing horizontal lines, stretching the shape, and combining off-white and dark gray main colors to form a modern architectural image.
The internal landscape axis of the community runs through each area, with clear primary and secondary divisions, dynamic and static divisions, allowing residents to push the windows to see the green and change the scenery step by step. A variety of functional public spaces are also configured in the community, providing residents with more places to communicate and interact.

J-12 Plot Phase I: The project is located north of Qiancang Street and west of Chuangming Road, and basement construction is currently underway.
