First, the relevant person in charge of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Liaoning Government introduced that up to now, Liaoning has concluded 91 pairs of sister cities with 32 countries, and 232 cities and friendly business associations in 62 countries. The next step will be to further promote the high-quality development of sister cities, and strive to reach 100 pairs of sister cities in the province by the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan", so that the construction of sister cities will improve quality and efficiency, create a new benchmark for local government cooperation, and provide more solid support for Liaoning's high-level opening up.
