However, the high-tech zone heat company that recently heated the district suddenly posted a notice requiring that each household must install a post-indoor temperature control meter in order to settle according to the household measurement method.

In the notice of the heat company in the high-tech zone, in addition to the description of the contract cost of the heating fee and the requirement that the heat meter is qualified, a new requirement has been added. The notice said that according to the provisions of the Ministry of Construction's "Technical Regulations for Heat Metering", "Measures for the Management of Heat Metering in Civil Buildings" and other relevant documents, in order to strengthen the management of user metering and standardize the use of heat by users, according to Article 6 of the Measures for the Administration of Heat Metering in Civil Buildings, new buildings and existing buildings undergoing energy-saving renovation must install heat metering devices, indoor temperature control devices and heating system regulations in accordance with relevant regulations, and implement a system of charging according to heat consumption. As well as the "Technical Regulations on Heat Metering", indoor heating systems in newly built and expanded residential buildings or public buildings dominated by radiators should be equipped with automatic temperature control valves for room temperature control.

The notice requires the property company to conduct self-inspection in accordance with relevant regulations, and heat metering users who have not met the specified conditions before September 15, 2021 will be charged heating fees according to the area in the 2021-202 heating season.

"The most incomprehensible thing is that the property company conveyed the explanation of the heat company, saying that as long as there is a building in the community that does not have a temperature control meter, this building cannot be metered and settled according to the household." One owner said, why can it be measured in separate households for more than ten years, but this year it will not be possible? These documents were not issued this year. Taking a step back, everyone understands the regulations of the heat company, and is willing to pay for the installation of the temperature control meter, the problem is that it cannot manage others, there are tenants here, which one is not installed, the whole building hundreds of households can not be measured separately, is this somewhat unreasonable?
