Japan, Canada, France, Ireland and Spain followed suit. The European Union is currently considering an AI law.
02 Artificial intelligence counterattack on humans may turn from science fiction to reality!

Allegedly, during the tests, a drone responsible for performing anti-aircraft fire suppression tasks received instructions to identify and destroy enemy anti-aircraft missiles, but in the end whether to fire or not required approval from a human operator. The artificial intelligence system used by this drone is trained on data to obtain information that "destroying enemy air defense systems" is the highest priority task, so when a human operator issues a command not to allow an attack, the artificial intelligence system thinks that the operator is obstructing it from carrying out higher-priority commands, and then chooses to attack its own human operator, killing the human operator.
After this happened, the U.S. military retrained the artificial intelligence systems used by the drones, adding orders not to allow attacks on human operators. In subsequent tests, however, the AI system began ordering the drone to destroy the cell towers used to transmit commands, thereby trying to disconnect from the operator.
The U.S. military has always been at the forefront of the world in the use of artificial intelligence technology. In 2020, artificial intelligence controlled the F-16 to defeat human pilots in five simulated air battles held by the US military. In 2022, artificial intelligence successfully flew a real F-16 fighter for the first time.
