1. Log in to the "National Social Insurance Public Service Platform ()", and select "Application for Transfer of Pension Insurance Relationship of Enterprise Employees" in the "Relationship Transfer" column of "Subject Services" on the homepage for handling;
2. In the left function bar, select "Enterprise Employee Endowment Insurance Transfer Application";
3. Perform "real-name authentication" according to the system prompts;
4. After successful authentication, enter the "Application for Transfer of Pension Insurance Relationship" page, fill in "My Basic Information" and "Transfer Information" in turn, and submit the application.
Reminder: Applicants can determine the social insurance agency of the place of transfer through the "National Social Insurance Public Service Platform - Social Insurance Inquiry - Annual Social Insurance Individual Rights and Interests Record Inquiry" (the collection of payment records of multiple provinces needs to be applied separately).
Channel 2: Electronic social security card mini program
1. Search for the "electronic social security card" mini program on WeChat or Alipay and receive the electronic social security card as required;
2. After registering and logging in, find "Special Services" and click More, enter "Transfer" in the search bar and click to jump out of "Pension Insurance Relationship Transfer";
3. Select the type of insurance you want to transfer, click "Go to Application", fill in and check your personal information, and submit the application after transferring in and out.

1. Download the "Pocket 12333" mobile APP;
2. After registering and logging in, find "Popular Services" and click "More Services";
3. Enter the application page through "Social Security Relationship Transfer" - "Social Security Transfer Application";
