On December 23, 2020, the company's strategic research group visited Shanghai Best Electric Co., Ltd. We mainly conducted field visits and exchanges on information management applications, manufacturing sites, procurement and material management. Shanghai Best was founded in 1998, the same year as the company's establishment, but The scale, technology, system management and information construction of Shanghai Best have far exceeded us, making us hopeless.

First of all, from the aspect of system certification, Shanghai Best has passed ISO9000, ISO4000 and ISO8000 system audits, the laboratory has passed the national CNAS certification, and a number of products have national CCC compulsory certification, AMERICAN UL certification, EU CE safety certification and ROHS environmental certification, and we have only passed ISO9001 certification. Although this is not our main focus this time, I do find that there is still a big gap between our construction in this area and these excellent enterprises.

The main focus of my visit this time is the information construction of Shanghai Best. Shanghai Best's information system consists of ERP, MES, PDM, CRM, BI, SRM and OA. The OA system uses a micro OA and has only been in use in the last two years. BI uses CLOSERPORT. Our OA started in 2012, BI started in 2016, and we came ahead of Shanghai Best in this regard, which was a bit unexpected, but it makes sense to think about it.

The foundation of Shanghai Best's development is their manufacturing capabilities. At the same time, the supply capacity of their extremely diverse parts suppliers is also a key factor affecting their production, so they will give priority to ERP, PDM, MES and SRM in the information construction. We are through the team, trade-oriented, through the integration of resources to provide services to customers, so the construction of ERP and OA will be ranked first in the information construction. Now, considering that the manufacturing center will be one of the core advantages that the company wants to build, MES will become one of the focus of the company's recent information construction, of course, this also requires the active participation of the relevant personnel of the manufacturing center.

In the next step, the construction of the supplier platform (SRM) should also become a key project of the company's information construction. This requires the active participation of major suppliers. Although this urgency or importance is not so prominent now, it is impossible to build the company's invincible service capabilities without the active participation of suppliers. At the same time, the synergy between suppliers and companies in creating invincible services must be achieved through the Supplier Platform (SRM).

In the next two years, the company should complete the construction of the supplier platform, quotation platform and customer platform as soon as possible. The construction of these information systems, on the one hand, depends on the active participation of relevant parties, and at the same time, after the completion of construction, it will promote the improvement of the relationship and communication between the company and related parties, which will be of great help to the improvement of the company's efficiency and the construction of core competitiveness.
