After the banquet, Zhu Houzhao thought that the pigs that were eaten still couldn't sleep, and immediately asked people to write a ban on pigs, explicitly forbidding the people to raise pigs and kill pigs, and violators were assigned to the frontier, at first some people hid a fluke mentality, still secretly raising pigs and killing pigs, and then they all went to the border, so that the pigs became hot potatoes.
If you don't let it be raised and killed, what should be done with the existing live pigs? But he still didn't believe that a pig could have such a big impact, so he decided to pay a private visit to the people to see the situation in person, but as soon as he arrived in the suburbs, he was smoked by excrement all over the ground, and after forcibly enduring the discomfort and walking to the field, he found that there were pigs eating grain in the field.
Zhu Houzhao saw an old man in the field, so he asked him why he didn't drive away the pigs, the old man said that he didn't dare, the original ban on pigs was passed down layer by layer, to the people, it has reached the point where you can't touch pigs, if you touch it, you will be assigned to the frontier, listening to the old man's words Zhu Houzhao regretted it, and abandoned the ban on pigs after returning to the palace.
