This sentence looks a bit twisted, but it actually means that after the new version of the Cocoon Breaker, players can get extra health × 4% of spell attack power, because the maximum spell attack power obtained is no more than 100 points, so players only need to get another 3000 extra health points to get an additional 100 mana points (the Cocoon Breaking Cloak itself has a 1000 max health bonus).
In addition, because the Cocoon Breaking Cloak itself has a maximum health bonus of 1000 points, its magic strength is increased by at least 10 points (130+1000×4%) compared to the attributes of the formal suit.
Summary: In the part of spell attack power, the new cocoon robe has been greatly strengthened.
(3) The second adjustment of the cocoon garment
The second adjustment of the cocoon robe is the appearance of the pure demon passive, and the effect of the pure demon passive is:
Gain 8% extra health for spell penetration, up to a maximum of 200 points.
In other words, players need to gain 2500 extra health points in order to perfectly trigger the Net Demon Passive, considering that the Cocoon Breaker itself has 1000 points, in fact, only 1500 additional health points need to be prepared.
Considering that there are heroes who do not produce other equipment that increases health, players can also obtain 80 spell penetration attributes if they are alone in the cocoon suit.

What is the strength of the cocoon after the rework?

(1) Let's talk about the shortcomings first
I personally think that the new version of the cocoon robe has at least three drawbacks:
First of all, the passive name of the cocoon suit after the revision is the same as the passive name of the Twilight and the like, and after the passive conflict, the two pieces of equipment cannot be released together in the future.
Secondly, the new version of the Cocoon Breaker removes the mana refraction passive, and it no longer has a damage reduction effect.

(2) Advantage one
The reworked Cocoon Suit can quickly increase the strength of some heroes, for example:

(3) Advantage two
In the current version, the basic attributes of auxiliary equipment have been all unified, the maximum health bonus of a single piece of equipment is 1200+30×20=1800, and the two pieces of equipment are 3600, on this basis, plus 1000 of the cocoon robe is 4600 maximum health. Therefore, as long as there are two auxiliary equipment, you can trigger the full passive (two) to get an additional 100 spell attack power bonus and 200 magic wear effects.
In summary, as long as it is a legal system assistance, as long as there is still a little demand for output, you can choose to break the cocoon.
