On September 13, Ma Bin, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and director of the Organization Department, investigated the organizational work of Jinta County. Ma Bin went to Daquanwan Village in Yangjingziwan Township, the General Party Branch of the Northeast Street Community, and the Jinta County Vocational Education Center to conduct research and study on the key tasks of organizational work such as grasping party building and promoting rural revitalization, urban grassroots party building, and personnel training.
Ma Bin pointed out that this year is the first year to implement the "14th Five-Year Plan" and start a new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country, the 14th Plenary Session of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Municipal Party Committee has further clarified the development direction, goals and ideas of the city at present and for a period of time to come, and the organizational work should closely focus on the decision-making and deployment of the Municipal Party Committee, improve the political position, innovate ideas and measures, take the initiative to take action, continuously improve quality and efficiency, and work in the same direction and resonance with the central work, so as to provide a strong organizational guarantee for ensuring the development of the city's "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan".
Ma Bin stressed that party building leading rural revitalization is a main line running through rural party building, and it is also a long-term task and systematic project. It is necessary to conscientiously implement the deployment requirements of the "Provincial Plan for Grasping Party Building and Promoting Rural Revitalization", decompose tasks, vigorously grasp implementation, actively promote the gathering of organizational resources, cadre resources, and talent resources to the countryside, effectively enhance the momentum of rural revitalization organizations, and lead and ensure high-quality rural development with high-quality party building. It is necessary to do a good job in improving the building of party organizations at the two levels in rural areas after the change of office, and strive to make new progress in comprehensively standardizing basic work, effectively implementing basic systems, and generally improving basic capabilities. Ma Bin demanded that we should establish a strong sense of talent, highlight the development demand orientation, closely focus on the development ideas of the municipal party committee's "two poles and four points", highlight the development of key industries such as new energy and the implementation of rural revitalization strategies, further optimize the positioning of vocational education types, deepen the integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation, and accurately cultivate professional skills talents in industrial development and market demand.
