In 2011, Ma Bin was transferred to the Fengdu police station, and the change from special (patrol) police to police station is not only a change of work, but also a continuation of responsibility and mission.
At that time, the Fengdu police station had just been established for a year, and many other tasks such as handling cases, mediating conflicts, and daily patrols were not on the right track, facing a wide range of jurisdiction areas and complex environments, so whether it was daily patrols or receiving police workloads, there were more, however, fewer people and more things were their normal work.
"When I first arrived at the Fengdu police station, Han Changzhi was my introductory master, and although he was more than 50 years old, he was not at all ambiguous about doing things. When I encounter unfamiliar business at work, he is very patient to guide me, we pick up the police together, work together, keep vigil together, work with him I gain a lot, but also enlighten me how to be a good people's policeman in the future. Ma Bin said as he recalled the daily life of their patrols.
At 4:00 a.m. on July 6, 2013, when everyone was still asleep, Ma Bin and another colleague had been patrolling the street, patrolling to the Beijing Road overpass, and found two suspicious men riding two electric motorcycles, one of whom saw the police car and threw down an electric motorcycle and jumped on another electric motorcycle to escape in the direction of Orange Mountain. Upon review, he confessed to the theft of electric motorcycles.
"There are still many such cases in the daily patrol, we must not only guard the safety of people's lives and property, but also crack down on illegal crimes, in the work of the Fengdu police station, it is an honor, a mission, and a responsibility," Ma Bin said.

In September 2017, the legal brigade moved into the new business technology room, and Ma Bin was transferred from the Xiangyang police station to the legal brigade, where he was mainly responsible for reviewing cases and managing the law enforcement case handling center.
"Law enforcement norms have always been the lifeline of public security work, in the past in the police station is to handle cases by themselves, now it is to review cases, how to improve the overall quality of law enforcement has become a new problem for me and my colleagues." Ma Bin said.
In order to comprehensively create a new image of rule of law public security, in 2017, the xingyi city public security bureau law enforcement case handling center construction and put into use, law enforcement case handling center in accordance with the "3177" model, set "intelligence, efficiency, service, standardization, management, supervision" as one of the concept of operation, information collection, suspects' goods storage, medical five inspections, etc. are all stationed in the case handling center, only into the "one door", you can "one stop" to complete the whole process of physical examination, detention, interrogation, custody and so on, winning the affirmation of leaders at all levels and the praise of grass-roots case-handling police.
In the same year, Ma Bin and the leaders of the brigade studied and formulated such systems as the "Legal Brigade's Police Package Film Contact guidance and case-handling unit" and the "Legal Guarantee Police Station Work System" to change the passive work mechanism of "sitting and other problems" in the past, and jointly discussed and studied the law enforcement problems and law enforcement problems encountered by the package units, found out ways to solve them in a timely manner, and helped the contact units solve practical problems. "I feel guilty about my family"
Ma Bin, 36 years old this year, is already a father of two children, the eldest is 8 years old, and the youngest is only 2 years old. "There's always something in my heart that I'm ashamed of my children." Speaking of this, Ma Bin was silent for a while, and his thoughts gradually returned to 2013...
At that time, Ma Bin's first child was only six or seven months old, and he and his wife were very busy at work, and the children were taken care of by their parents who lived in Pu'an County. One night, the child suddenly had a high fever of 40 degrees, but the treatment at the local health center did not see the fever subside, so Ma Bin's parents immediately took the child to Xingyi City for hospitalization.
Ma Bin, who learned of this matter, was on duty that day, busy with business, although his heart was anxious, although the place where the child was hospitalized was in the city, but the special situation in the Fengdu jurisdiction made Ma Bin really unable to open his body, handling cases during the day, mediating contradictions and disputes, and patrolling and preventing and controlling at night, until the child was discharged home Ma Bin was busy with the matter in hand and rushed home to see.
"At that time, both of them were very busy, and Ma Bin, as a people's policeman, had his particularities, which we could all understand, and with us taking care of the children, they could also rest assured."
