(1) "Blackfish" in Hainanese
The "blackfish" in the Hainan dialect, Chinese name is mackerel, belongs to the mackerel family. There are 51 species in 15 genera and 51 species in this family of fish in the world, all of which are swimmers in the sea. (2) There are many types of cannonball fish!
There are actually several kinds of shell fish commonly found in the Hainan market. There is also a type of dried green tuna, which is a fish of the mackerel family. They like to swim fast, and after being caught or trawled, they will shake violently, and a large amount of lactic acid has accumulated in the fish meat, resulting in sour meat, which is generally stewed with salted fish pork belly.
