Kim Li-chan, a member of the South Korean boy band B.A.P., was sentenced to prison last month for indecency, and recently Kim Li-chan appealed the first-instance judgment.

Jin Lican, who molested a woman in her mid-20s at a resort in Nanyang City in July 2019, sentenced her to 10 months in prison and a 50-hour course on sexual violence treatment last month.

According to people familiar with the matter, Jin Lican was not satisfied with the first-instance judgment and recently filed an appeal through his lawyer.
