The anti-war drama is an important part of China's small screen dramas, and "Bright Sword", released in 2005, is undoubtedly the most landmark work.

"Bright Sword" has created the image of Li Yunlong, a commander and fighter of the Eighth Route Army with a rather reckless temperament, who is rude in language, loves to poke Lou Zi, and does not abide by discipline, which is very different from the positive character images of Wei, Guang, and Zheng in the past.

However, it is such an image of the commander of the Eighth Route Army with a "bandit" temperament, but it is deeply loved by the audience, and the wonderful script coupled with Li Youbin's superb acting skills make the audience believe that Li Yunlong is the heroic image that should be in that turbulent era.

Li Yunlong, the protagonist of "Bright Sword", is a character who is based on the founding general Wang Jinshan by the writer Du Liang, and the shadow of Wang Jinshan is reflected in the whole ghost observation group and Tian Yu's acquaintance and love in the hospital.

Li Yunlong in the TV series "Bright Sword"

In reality, Wang Jinshan's behavior is far less than That of Li Yunlong in "Bright Sword", of course, many people will say that the image in the TV series is an artistic image after all, if it is filmed according to reality, then no one likes to watch.

And sometimes the real history is often more wonderful than the TV series, and there is a "Li Yunlong" character in our army, and what he does is compared with Li Yunlong in "Bright Sword", which is the real boldness.

This person joined the Red Army at a very young age, experienced the Long March, joined the Western Route Army to participate in the Western Expedition, dared to confront Zhang Guotao in person, slapped Wang Ming in Yan'an, blocked Liao Yaoxiang's corps with 8,000 people in the Liaoshen Campaign, and fought a beautiful Songzhuang battle in the Jizhong counter-sweep.

He was the rankless general, Zuo Ye.

Zuo Ye is by far the most legendary general I have seen, he is brave, straight-talking, brave in battle, and has made many achievements in battle, if zuo Ye's real journey is filmed into a TV series, it is even more wonderful than "Bright Sword".

Zuo Ye was born in 1912 in Yongxin County, Jiangxi Province, and his original name was Zuo Baoyu, and Zuo Ye was the name he changed after he joined the revolution.

Although he has been called "Baoyu", his personality is diametrically opposed to the Baoyu brother in "Dream of the Red Chamber", he is as vicious as a vendetta, his sex is like a fierce fire, and he is like a fierce Zhang Fei.

Zuo Ye was born into a tenant family, and like many rural children of that period, he participated in rural labor since childhood, and when he was a little older, he went out to work and experienced hardships in life.

In 1926, when Zuo Ye was 14 years old, he joined the trade union during his work in Ji'an, Jiangxi Province, and began a revolutionary journey, which can be described as a veritable old revolution.

In 1927, Zuo Ye returned to his hometown of Yongxin County, Jiangxi, participated in the Yongxin Rebellion, and served as the captain of the riot team, when Zuo Ye was only 15 years old.

In October of the same year, Zuo Ye went up Jinggangshan with the First Division of the First Army of the Workers' and Peasants' Revolutionary Army, the autumn harvest uprising troop led by Chairman Mao.

After the Jinggangshan Division, Zuo Ye served as a soldier, squad leader, platoon leader, and company deputy instructor in the Red Fourth Army.

On September 21, 1934, the Central Guard Division (later renamed the Twenty-third Division) and the Red Twenty-first Division were merged to form the Red Eighth Army, and Zuo Ye served as the corps's logistics director, supply minister, and political commissar.

After the failure of the fifth anti-encirclement campaign, the Red Army was forced to embark on the road of the Long March.

Chiang Kai-shek laid out layers of blockade lines in an attempt to wipe out the Central Red Army in one fell swoop, and after a bloody battle, broke through Chiang Kai-shek's three lines of defense and reached the east of the Xiang River.

The Battle of xiangjiang broke out, Chiang Kai-shek gathered heavy troops in an attempt to wipe out the Red Army on the east bank of the Xiangjiang River, and after 5 days and nights of bloody fighting, the Red Army broke through the Xiangjiang defense line, but also suffered serious losses, and the Red Army was sharply reduced from 86,000 people at the beginning of the Long March to 30,000 people.

In the bloody battle of the Xiangjiang River, after zuo Ye's Red Eighth Army and Dong Zhentang's Red Fifth Army were responsible for breaking, the Red Eighth Army fought extremely fiercely, surrounded by enemy regiments, and lost contact with the central government.

The Red Eighth Army became the last rank of the Central Red Army, and there were only 800 men left, plus only about 1,000 non-combatants such as porters and miscellaneous servants transporting heavy loads.

At that time, the whereabouts of the commander of the Red Eighth Army were unknown, and the commander hesitated, and many people proposed to disperse the breakthrough.

At the critical moment when the troops fell into despair, Zuo Ye, as the head of the logistics department, stepped forward, immediately made a decision, threw away the weight, incorporated porters and others into the Red Army, put forward an agitative battle slogan, decisively commanded the troops to fight heroically, miraculously broke through the Xiangjiang defense line, and caught up with the main force of the Central Red Army.

In this battle, Zuo Ye came to the fore and was cited by Comrade Mao Zedong as a clear proof of the combat effectiveness of the Red Army.

In February 1942, Zuo Ye was appointed as the commander of the 22nd Regiment of the Seventh Military Subdistrict of the Jizhong Military Region, and during the anti-sweeping period in Jizhong, Zuo Ye led the 22nd Regiment to fight a number of beautiful battles with fewer victories.

In the ambush battles of Xiaolu Village and Wang village, he killed Zhengding Pseudo Daoyin, wounded the captain of the Kashima Brigade, and killed more than 180 Japanese officers and men and more than 60 warhorses below the Japanese squadron leader.

The troops and militia led by Zuo Ye did not suffer any casualties, creating an impressive record of 0:180.

The battles of Xiaolu Village and Wang Village achieved remarkable results, and the later Battle of Songzhuang commanded by Zuo Ye directly defeated the local Japanese army.

In the battle of Songzhuang, a total of more than 1,200 Japanese and puppet troops were killed and wounded, of which more than 600 Were killed, more than 300 were wounded, and more than 200 puppet troops were wounded.

In this battle, the Twenty-second Regiment suffered 32 casualties and 41 wounded, including 1 company-level cadre, 3 wounded, a total of 73 casualties.

The significance of the Songzhuang ambush was great, and it was a heavy blow to the Japanese in all aspects, especially in spirit.

A squadron leader of Mabao Rikou, who had led his troops to participate in the attack on Songzhuang, returned with only 28 men left in a squadron, and he himself committed suicide due to mental fear.

After the squadron leader committed suicide, seven other Japanese soldiers also committed suicide after paying homage to the East.

A small detachment of the Dingxian Sub-Position Artillery Tower Rikou participated in the siege of Songzhuang, and several soldiers who returned complained to each other and fired together, and fought for more than an hour.

Another part of the Japanese Kou, who had recently been transferred back from the Nanyang battlefield, sighed and said after participating in this battle: I have never fought such a bitter battle in the Nanyang war, and I did not expect that the battle for a village would lose so many people, which is really not worth it.

There have been many more such battles, all of which were impressive achievements made by The Left Leaf during the most difficult period of counter-sweeping.

In the TV series "Bright Sword", the most famous line is "narrow road meets the brave to win", which is also the spirit of the entire TV series.

During the Liaoshen Campaign, Zuo Ye was the commander of the Independent Second Division, and on the eve of the decisive battle at the Battle of Western Liaoning, he found that Liao Yaoxiang's "Westward Advancing Corps" showed signs of fleeing south to Yingkou.

If Liao Yaoxiang's corps were allowed to break through yingkou, then the effect of the entire Liaoshen campaign would be greatly reduced.

At the crucial moment, Zuo Ye made a decision, bravely shouldered heavy burdens, dared to take responsibility, seized the fighter plane in the case of the fleeting of the fighter, and led 8,000 disciples of the Second Independent Division of Southern Liaoning to take the initiative to face Liao Yaoxiang's "Westward Marching Corps" from the front.

What is the narrow road meeting, this is the narrow road meeting.

Zuo Ye adopted the "one-on-one" bayonet throat sealing tactic created in Jizhong to quietly annihilate the enemy's vanguard regiment and make the enemy make a wrong judgment.

Subsequently, Zuo Ye placed a heavy artillery company brought by Su Jing, the head of the Dongye Operations Division, at the front of the line, and after a round of heavy artillery bombardment,

He ordered the whole division to charge.

The charge horn sounded, and 8,000 brave soldiers launched a charge against nearly 100,000 Kuomintang troops, and they adopted the offensive tactics of rapid assault, continuous surprise attack, and continuous oppression, giving play to the characteristics of our army's close combat and night combat, breaking into the enemy position, fighting bravely, and fiercely attacking.

Zheng Tingdi, commander of the 49th Army, the pioneer of Liao Yaoxiang's corps, rushed to the front line to observe at the first time after being blocked, and saw the PLA scattered throughout the mountains, and he estimated that the PLA involved in the blockade was at least 30,000 people.

Coupled with the sound of 150 heavy howitzers landing on the position, he believed even more that the opposite side was Lin Biao's main force.

In such a battlefield atmosphere, the pioneer 49th Army turned around and retreated backwards, which caused a chain reaction, causing the troops behind to retreat and run back to Lin Biao's original preset encirclement.

Of course, the 8,000 men of the Independent Second Division alone could not stop the entire Liao Yaoxiang Corps, but it was because the Independent Second Division won a precious few hours for the follow-up troops to rush to the battlefield and completed the encirclement of the Liao Yaoxiang Corps.

The active offensive of the Second Independent Division created a prerequisite for our army to tighten its pockets and close the door and fight dogs, and to completely annihilate the Liao Yaoxiang Corps. This historical fact has been written into the war history of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.
