Zhang Guomin is currently the deputy director of the Department of Infectious Diseases at the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College. Zhang Guomin has won the National May Day Labor Medal, the National Health System Advanced Individual in the Prevention and Control of the New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic, and the Outstanding Communist Party Member of Hebei Province.
