It is estimated that the feed cost of producing 1 kilogram of mandarin fish is about 18 yuan, and the use of compound feed to feed mandarin fish can reduce the feed cost to about 10 yuan.
So, can "fodder mandarin fish" still taste as good as ever? "We have the ability to solve this problem because there are already successful cases of 'tigerback bass'." Professor Chen confidently said that Zhejiang enterprises have used the compound feed of largemouth black bass to raise "tiger back bass" commercial fish, which has been sold on an e-commerce platform, and the consumer praise rate has reached more than 99%.
In addition, bait fish ponds often have poor water environment, which is easy to produce some pathogenic bacteria and spread to mandarin fish, thereby increasing the cost of drug delivery and causing food safety problems such as drug residues.
