On October 22-23, the Shandong Provincial "Skill Xinglu" Vocational Skills Competition, jointly sponsored by the Shandong Provincial Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau, the Shandong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and the Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, hosted by the Shandong Provincial Animal Husbandry Station, and co-organized by the Shandong Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational College, was successfully held in Weifang in 2021. 48 players from 16 representative teams who were selected from the county-level preliminary round and the municipal preliminary round participated in the provincial final.

After two days of intense and fierce competition, the Rizhao City team achieved excellent results and won a number of awards. Rizhao City won the "Excellent Organization Award" of the competition. Juxian player Kong Xiangxia won the first prize of the competition, Juxian players Song Na and Gao Tingting won the second prize of the competition, and Wang Jiazhong of Rizhao Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center won the "Excellent Instructor". Comrade Kong Xiangxia, who won the first place in the provincial competition, will report to the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions to award the "Shandong Provincial May Day Labor Medal" according to the procedure, and the Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department to award the honorary title of "Shandong Provincial Technical Expert". This is the fourth time that the city's athletes have won the championship of this event after winning the first place in this event in 2015, 2017 and 2018.
