Creatures Inc. is one of the owners of the Pokémon IP and has been working with Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company to develop Pokémon games and toys, as well as the company that designed Pokémon trading cards. Recently, the company's CEO Tsunekazu Ishihara and President (President) Hirokazu Tanaka have resigned from their positions.
According to the company's official website, Yuji Kitano will succeed the CEO and president, while Tomoka Komura will take over the position of vice president.
Ishihara will continue as CEO and President of Pokémon Corporation.
As the former CEO of the company, Tsunekazu Ishihara is also the founder of the company. He founded Creatures Inc. in 1995 and The Pokémon Company in 1998.
While serving as president, Tanaka is also a sound designer and composer, having scored many Nintendo games and is known for soundtracks for the Pokémon series. He joined Nintendo in 1980 and joined Creatures Inc. after leaving in 1999, becoming president in 2000.
