This documentary series with a certain plot describes the rise and fall of ancient Rome through six key turning points in the Roman period, but it is based on precise and extensive historical research, showing us the greedy, lascivious and ambitious people such as Caesar, Nero, and Constantine, who of course contributed to the formation of the Roman Empire. It also describes how Rome destroyed Carthage, was conquered by Caesar, and suppressed the Rebellion of the Jews and turned to Christianity.
It is a documentary mixed with plot and historical facts that gives us an accurate understanding of how the Roman Empire came into being, reached its peak, and eventually inevitably went into decline.
