1. Tianjin Quanye Market: Top in the shopping mall category of "China's 20th Century Architectural Heritage".
It was completed and opened in December 1928. From its opening to the 90s of last century, Quanye Market has become the benchmark of northern shopping malls for more than 60 years.
The original construction area is 16,500 square meters, and the building is seven floors.
The 1st-3rd floors are retail malls, and the 4th-7th floors are eight entertainment venues (Tianhuajing Theater, Tianle Theater, Tiangong Cinema, Tianhuixuan Theater, Tianlu Tea House, Tianwei Billiards Club, Tianwei Earth Club, and Tianwai Tian Roof Night Garden), collectively known as the "Eight Heavens".

2. Fifth Avenue complex
Built from the beginning of the last century to the twenties and thirties.
Within an area of only 1.3 square kilometers, there are more than 2,000 garden-style houses with different national architectural styles, which is the most complete preserved Western-style building complex in Tianjin so far, including more than 50 former residences of historical celebrities.
The architectural style mainly consists of Renaissance, classicist architecture, eclectic architecture, Gothic, Romanesque, Baroque architecture, courtyard architecture, etc.
In 2013, it was listed as a national key cultural relic protection unit.
III. Marco Polo Square Complex
Built between 1923 and 1924. Originally the center of the Italian Concession, it is the only Italian-style building complex in Asia.
The square complex covers an area of 2,200 square meters and consists of 6 villas in typical southern Italian Mediterranean style.
The sculpture of the Goddess of Peace in the center of the square was built to commemorate the victory in the First World War. In 1937, the statue of the Goddess of Peace was stolen by the Japanese army, and in 2002, the city of Tianjin was rebuilt according to old photos.
In 2013, it was listed as a national key cultural relic protection unit.

4. Jiefang North Road Modern Complex ("Oriental Wall Street" in modern Chinese history)
In China's modern history, Jiefang North Road is a concentration of foreign banks, known as the "Wall Street of the East".
It was built in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries as the office of the Anglo-French Concession Bank.
In 1880, the British HSBC Bank first came to Tianjin to set up an institution, and in the following decades, dozens of Chinese and foreign banks were established on the 2,300-meter-long Jiefang North Road, which became the political and financial center of the Tianjin concession area.
There are dozens of banks and office buildings that are more than 100 years old.
5. The former site of Nankai School
It was built between 1906 and 1936. It is the birthplace of the Nankai series of schools (existing one university and three middle schools).
With a building scale of 33,000 square meters, there are four buildings, namely the South Building, the East Building, the North Building and the Ruiting Auditorium, which are typical of imitation Romanesque classical architectural style and integrated with Chinese national decoration.
In 1996, it was listed as a national key cultural relic protection unit.
6. Wanghailou Church
Founded in 1869, it is the earliest Catholic church in Tianjin, which has been burned down twice, and the existing church was rebuilt in 1904.
Built by the French missionary Xie Gospel with reference to the Gothic building of Notre Dame Cathedral in France, the church is 22 meters high.

7. The former site of Lishunde Hotel
In 1886, the first building on the old site was completed, and in 1925, a four-storey Western classical pilaster type was built on the north side of the building, and in March 1984, a seven-storey luxury new building was built on the northeast side of the old building, with a total construction area of 6,200 square meters.
For more than 100 years, he has received many domestic and foreign political and cultural celebrities such as Li Hongzhang, Sun Yat-sen, Soong Qingling, Puyi, Yuan Shikai, Zhang Xueliang, Mei Lanfang, and US President Hoover.

8. Former site of Beiyang University
Beiyang University is the first university in modern Chinese history.
The old site is located in Hebei University of Technology, and there are three buildings and one school gate in the south building, north building and tuancheng, which were built in 1933, 1936 and 1930 respectively.
Among them, the South Building and the North Building are the earliest teaching buildings in China, and were listed as national key cultural relics protection units in 2013.
9. Liang Qichao's Former Residence and Memorial Hall
The former residence consists of two adjacent buildings, the main building and the Shuzhai.
The main building was built in 1914 and the Shuzhai in 1924 in the style of Italian neoclassicism.
After Liang Qi passed away in 1926, his wife and children were in trouble, and they had to sell the main building for money to make ends meet, and moved to the "ice room" of Shuzhai.
In 2006, it was listed as a national key cultural relic protection unit.
