It was founded in 1991 as a temple built by Gen-la Shangguo Shinatsu to promote Buddhism and self-funded, for the sake of all sentient beings!

The sutra building is dedicated to Amitabha Buddha, Shakyamuni Buddha, Medicine Buddha. It is also a place where Buddhist prayers and pujas are held daily.
