The reporter found from the China Judgment Documents Network that in 2018, Li Mouwei and Peng Moubin filed a lawsuit in the Hechuan District People's Court over a loan contract dispute. The Hechuan District People's Court rendered the (2018) Yu 0117 Min Chu No. 2241 Civil Judgment, ruling that Li Mouwei would repay Peng Guangbin's loan of 250,000 yuan and interest.
