On the morning of August 17, a certain field station of the Eastern Theater Air Force received 14 admission notices from military academies, of which 4 were admitted to military academies and 1 were promoted to join the ranks of "quasi-officers"; 9 were admitted to non-commissioned officer schools and became professionals. It is worth mentioning that 15 soldiers at the station were also admitted to military schools last year.
As we all know, the "military examination" is the crossing of the single wooden bridge by thousands of troops and horses, and the difficulty and challenges can be imagined, but this field station actually sent 29 soldiers to enter the military academy for further study in two years, which is really very rare.
People who are familiar with the talent training work of the field station say that this is inseparable from the "talent project" implemented by the field station for many years.
"Study classes" are set up for soldiers who want to enter military academies, "top teams" are formed for soldiers who are eager to win the championship, and "interest groups" are set up for soldiers with special skills... Originally, every year after the new recruits were discharged from the company, the station had to make detailed statistics on the new soldiers' academic qualifications, strengths, hobbies, goals, etc., understand their desire to become talents, distinguish personnel categories according to different needs, tailor-made "learning packages" for them, and outlined the "growth blueprint".
After the enrollment of military schools began, the station actively helped the seedlings of pre-selected candidates to solve various difficulties. Let the newly graduated cadres pair up with the candidates, build a "one belt and one" teaching platform, solve the contradiction between the candidates' learning content and the short preparation time; use the resident education resources, coordinate the local famous school teachers to answer questions for the candidates, and send cars to send the examination soldiers to the school every Monday and Wednesday to study in the school; before the cultural examination, in order to alleviate the problem of the candidates' psychological pressure, they invited professional psychologists to come to the team to counsel and exchange to help them spend the "anxiety period". In addition, in order to be able to provide good learning conditions, the higher-level organs have also specially dispatched highly educated cadres to form a counseling team to conduct centralized counseling for the examination personnel and carry out targeted improvement.
"It is our dream to pass the military academy, and now we have strengthened our conviction to make meritorious contributions in the army." Corporal Liu Sheng and senior soldier Shi Mengyue were admitted to the Army Artillery Air Defense College and the Air Force Aviation University respectively. At the earnest discussion meeting with the standing committee of the station, they expressed their sincere gratitude to the party committee for providing a series of service guarantee work in personnel training.
Senior soldiers Hong Yiliang and Zhang Shuhao were admitted to the Air Force Engineering University. In the "off-the-job study class" organized by the higher-level organs, they were assigned to the same group, because Zhang Shuhao's liberal arts were relatively good, while Hong Yiliang's science department had a great advantage, and they formed a "pair of mutual helpers" to learn from each other's strong points. The two people practiced on the training ground and studied during breaks, and now they have obtained the "admission ticket" of the military school as desired.
