Huang Haibing, born on July 23, 1973 in Shanghai, China, Yuncheng County, Heze City, Shandong Province, is a Chinese film and television actor. He graduated from the Acting Department of the Central Academy of Drama in 1996. Zhuo Fan, born on May 17, 1972 in Guangdong, Chinese mainland actor, graduated from TVB in Hong Kong.

The TV series the two have collaborated on are:

(1) In 2001, Huang Haibing cooperated with Wang Yan, Zhu Hongjia, Zhuo Fan and other actors to play the first male protagonist Shen Lang in the Gulong martial arts drama "The History of Wulin", and Zhuo Fan played the role of "Wang Pihua".

(2) In October 2003, the costume TV series "The Legend of sui and Tang Heroes" starring Huang Haibing and Nie Yuan was broadcast, huang Haibing starred as Qin Shubao, who was loyal and righteous, and Zhuo Fan played Wang Bodang, known as the "White-clothed Divine Arrow".
