Li Xiaodong said that accelerating the construction of smart parks is an important means to accelerate the realization of innovative development, and it is also an inevitable requirement for the development zone to achieve accelerated development. As a systematic project, the construction of smart parks has a long construction cycle, involves many departments, and is difficult to integrate resources. Relevant departments should combine their own functions and responsibilities, summarize and improve in the process of building the smart park, actively promote the improvement of the functions of the smart park, make full use of this platform to better serve enterprises, optimize the business environment, and improve enterprise satisfaction.
Li Xiaodong demanded that we should attach great importance to the construction of smart parks, and the responsible comrades of relevant departments should regard the construction of smart parks as an important task at present, designate special personnel to be responsible for the construction of smart parks, and improve efficiency; it is necessary to strengthen communication and coordination, closely cooperate, do a good job in implementation, and form a joint work force; we must further improve the design of the plan, do a good job in the near, medium, and early stage planning, so as to fully realize resource sharing and service improvement; we must further study in depth, combine the opinions of relevant departments, and make the plan closer to the reality of the development zone and more operational.
Li Xiaodong stressed that in the construction of smart parks, it is necessary to enhance the management needs of intelligent platform capabilities, drive the management capabilities of investment promotion business in the development zone, and realize digital investment promotion and smart investment promotion. To achieve the monitoring and control of the investment process, the park and enterprises can form a rapid problem reporting and feedback mechanism, strengthen enterprise services, improve communication efficiency, and enhance enterprise satisfaction. And based on the data of the smart park, it provides a data basis for the next development plan of the enterprise.
