Recently, in order to enhance the ideological, political level and professional ability of young teachers, Sobozhiga Town Center Primary School launched a pairing activity of green and blue engineers. Members of the school committee and 17 pairs of teachers and apprentices attended the ceremony, which was presided over by Zhang Lijuan, director of political education.

After reading the pairing list for the first semester of the 2021-2022 academic year, specific requirements were put forward for the pairing work of master and apprentice, and it is necessary to gradually form a set of teaching ideas, teaching methods and teaching styles in the work. It is hoped that young teachers will strive to achieve "one year of qualification, three years of competence, and five years of becoming the backbone" with the help of the platform of the Qinglan Project.
