1. Recruitment targets and conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, abide by the Constitution and laws, and have good conduct.

2. 4. "Candidate status" is divided into two categories: "fresh graduates" and "non-fresh graduates", of which "fresh graduates" refer to students who graduated from full-time ordinary institutions of higher learning in 2021. "Non-fresh graduates" refers to applicants other than fresh graduates, including incumbents, unemployed persons, etc.

Graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2019 and 2020 who are uniformly enrolled by the state have not implemented a work unit during the job selection period (the state stipulates that the job selection period is 2 years), and there is no social security payment record, they can apply for the examination as fresh graduates. If hired, they must maintain a state of no social security payment record when the recruiting unit goes through the employment procedures. Returnees shall refer to the above instructions.

Personnel who participate in projects such as college student village officials, "three branches and one support", "college student support service western program" and other projects, who have completed the service period in the year and pass the assessment, may apply for the examination as fresh graduates.

5. Social personnel from other provinces and cities must hold a Shanghai residence permit (within the validity period) for more than one year.

6. If the age requirement for candidates is "upper age limit of 40 years old", this condition refers to birth after January 1, 1981, and so on.

7. The calculation deadline for the "time period" in this recruitment is unified to December 31, 2021.

2. Registration time and method

1. Registration time: 9:00 on October 27, 2021 to 16:00 on October 29, 2021.

2. Application method: This recruitment adopts online registration, and the application url is: http://www.ecloudexam.com. Candidates should prepare an electronic photo that meets the requirements before registration, the electronic photo must be a recent frontal ID photo of themselves without a crown, the requirements are clear, the brightness is sufficient, jpg format, the size is within 200KB, the height is greater than or equal to 210 pixels, and the width is greater than or equal to 150 pixels.

According to their own situation, the qualifications and professional requirements of the position to be applied for, each candidate is limited to one post, and after the post registration is confirmed, it cannot be re-applied for other positions.

3. Special notice: This recruitment implements a notification commitment system. Candidates should truthfully fill in personal information in accordance with the published application conditions and the specific job requirements in the "Recruitment Guidelines". Candidates should confirm that they fully meet the application conditions for the relevant positions, and if there is any doubt about the application conditions and job requirements, they should consult and confirm in time. There will be no eligibility check at the registration stage. If you do not meet the application conditions, the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by yourself.

Candidates are responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the personal information materials submitted online and the electronic photos uploaded. 3. Qualification review

After the registration is completed, the candidates who apply for the same position will be sorted from high score to low score according to the written test results of the candidates applying for the same position, and the candidates who will enter the qualification review will be determined according to the proportion of the interview of the recruitment position. Only those who pass the qualification review can enter the interview; if the qualification review is not passed, the recruitment unit can determine the candidates who rank behind the written test results of the post according to the actual situation.

Candidates should log on to the registration website on November 3, 2021 to download the qualification review notice, and conduct on-site qualification review according to the notification requirements, and if they are not overdue, they will be automatically abandoned. The qualification review time for the candidates will be announced separately.

4. Interview

The specific time, place and related matters of the interview will be notified separately, and candidates who have not entered the interview will not be notified.

Those who score less than 60 points in the interview will not be allowed to enter the subsequent recruitment process.

Candidates are requested to log in to the registration system within 5 working days after the interview to check the results.

5. Physical examination and inspection

1. After the interview, according to the ratio of 4:6 between the written test and the interview score, the comprehensive score is calculated (the total score of the written test and the interview score are converted according to the percentage system), and the comprehensive score is sorted from high score to low score, and the number of job recruits is determined by the ratio of 1:1 to enter the physical examination.

2. The physical examination standards shall refer to the physical examination standards for the recruitment of civil servants.

3. Candidates are requested to log in to the registration system within 5 working days after the interview to inquire, and candidates who do not participate in the physical examination after the deadline are deemed to have given up automatically.

4. Candidates who pass the physical examination shall be comprehensively examined by the employer on the ideological and political quality, compliance with discipline and law, moral character and creditworthiness record, and application qualifications of the personnel to be hired.

5. If the candidate voluntarily gives up or fails to pass due to physical examination or inspection reasons, the recruiting unit may determine the candidates who rank after the comprehensive score in turn according to the actual situation.

6. Publicity

After passing the qualification review, interview, physical examination and inspection, the list of personnel to be hired will be published on the portal website of the People's Government of Jinshan District, Shanghai, and the reporting telephone number will be published at the same time, and the publicity period will be 7 days.

7. Recruitment

If there is no objection after being published on the website, the employer shall handle the formalities for hiring the staff of the public institution. If there is any objection to the announcement and affects the employment, the decision on whether to hire is based on the results of the investigation.
