Recently, a team of experts composed of Jinan Shizhong District came to Linxia Jianguo Primary School to carry out volunteer teaching and support activities. After visiting the campus culture construction, Director Chen Dong gave a lecture on "Building a New Ecology of Educating People Based on Characteristics" from the aspect of school moral education, Director Hu Mingming of the Teaching Management Department gave a lecture on "Adhering to and Changing Temperature and Scale" from the aspect of "double reduction", and Director Geng Chong of the Teaching Management Department gave a special lecture on "Fine Design teaching and research to promote teacher development" from the aspect of teaching and research work.

In the lecture, the experts used their rich teaching experience and a large number of typical cases to answer questions for the participating teachers, help solve the difficulties and problems encountered by the participating teachers in the daily teaching process, and the entire teaching and research support activities were rich in content and close to reality, and the participating teachers had a strong response, deep feelings, and great benefits.
In order to further strengthen mutual assistance and exchanges between the two places and improve teachers' classroom teaching ability. In the afternoon, the branch campus carried out the lecture evaluation seminar. Experts from Shizhong District, principals in charge of the two campuses, mathematics teachers from sister schools and all mathematics teachers of Jianguo Primary School participated in the teaching and research activities. The South Campus Demonstration Class is taught by key teacher Yang Xing on the sixth grade "Understanding of Countdown"; the North Campus Demonstration Class is taught by the young teacher Ma Jing on the third grade "Understanding Millimeter".
With the help of classroom teaching exchange seminars, two mathematics classes were evaluated and discussed in different campuses after class. The observation teachers unanimously agreed that the two teachers combined guidance and release in the classroom, so that students can fully perceive the process of knowledge generation in independent learning and exploration exchange, pay attention to cultivating students' discovery thinking, and improve students' ability to observe, analyze and summarize.
The joint teaching and research activities between the two places were carried out from multiple dimensions and multiple levels, and different thinking and different strategies collided and sublimated in the discussion and exchange, which opened the eyes of the teachers participating in the teaching and research activities, promoted the cooperation and exchange of education between the two places, and laid the foundation for promoting the education and teaching of our school to a new level.
