On the evening of August 28 and August 29, the headquarters of the leading group of the state party committee and the state government to deal with the epidemic held a series of "7.04" epidemic handling work meetings in Ruili City. The meeting demanded that we should firmly shoulder political responsibilities, thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on epidemic prevention and control and the spirit of important replies to the old branch secretaries of border villages in Cangyuan County, and go all out to resolutely win the battle of border epidemic prevention and control in accordance with the work requirements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government and the provincial epidemic prevention and control headquarters.
Jiang Shan, secretary of the state party committee, secretary of the party working committee and director of the management committee of the Ruili National Key Development and Opening Pilot Zone, and Yang Yang, director of the provincial health commission, attended the meeting and made speeches. Wei Gang, deputy secretary of the state party committee and governor, presided over the meeting.

Zeroing is a military order. At present, ruili's "7.04" epidemic prevention and control has entered the decisive stage, and all departments at all levels should grasp the implementation in accordance with the requirements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, and strictly prohibit weak responsibility and lax accountability. It is necessary to tighten and compact the responsibilities of various tasks for epidemic prevention and control emergency disposal, sign letters of responsibility at all levels, fulfill responsibilities at all levels, set posts and personnel for various tasks and work responsibilities according to the task list, and make every effort to promote the implementation of various tasks to the letter.

It is necessary to build a three-dimensional prevention and control system in Ruili City with high standards, make overall plans for epidemic prevention and control, crack down on cross-border violations and crimes, and strengthen border defense; further clarify the responsibility system of the command headquarters, consolidate territorial responsibilities and departmental responsibilities, and strictly prohibit the emergence of blind areas of responsibility; we must actively mobilize the enthusiasm of all departments at all levels, strengthen confidence in victory, take all measures that can be taken, comprehensively check potential risks, effectively eliminate hidden risks, and do a good job in clearing the epidemic, preventing spillovers, and preventing rebound.
