The meeting elected Zhang Jing by secret ballot as chairman of the Standing Committee of the Eighth People's Congress of Dongxing District, Neijiang City; Xu Song, Wu Dayou, Zheng Mingquan, and Liu Min as vice chairmen of the Standing Committee of the Eighth People's Congress of Dongxing District, Neijiang City; 30 members of the Standing Committee of the Eighth People's Congress of Dongxing District, Neijiang City; Yu Mei as the governor of the People's Government of Dongxing District, Neijiang City; and Xu Rongbin, Li Wei, Liang Wen, Wang Heng, Li Wei, and Hu Hao as deputy district chiefs of the People's Government of Dongxing District of Neijiang City Elected Guan Jun as the chairman of the Supervision Commission of Dongxing District of Neijiang City; elected Xiong Weigang as the president of the Dongxing District People's Court of Neijiang City; elected Ling Dexian as the chief procurator of the Dongxing District People's Procuratorate of Neijiang City; and elected 82 deputies from Dongxing District to the Eighth People's Congress of Neijiang City.
