Learn to mix it with a dish so that you don't feel wasteful and don't run out of ingredients
Sometimes there will always be a little more ingredients at home, the kind that you can't cook enough to cook a dish, but it will be a pity to throw it away. As a result, I now learn to mix and match dishes together, so that I don't feel wasted and don't feel a headache because a little ingredient is not enough to stir-fry.
I bought some ribs and prepared to stew them. But I saw that there was still a small potato and half a carrot at home. So, I thought about braising it together. First, blanch the ribs in a pot and add a little cooking wine.
Stir-fry the ginger in a frying pan until fragrant. Pour in the blanched ribs, stir-fry a few times, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry until colored. Add enough boiling water at once, cover the pot and simmer for a while.
Remember to put down the potatoes and carrots and simmer them together. Finally, add a little salt to enhance the flavor and you can get out of the pot!
I usually like to braised ribs directly, this time I put some vegetables into it, I didn't expect it to be delicious, and with it this way, the extra ingredients from the usual stir-fry don't have to be wasted.
If the ingredients are not enough, then make it together and make a delicious pot
