Since February 2021, the thrush has been listed in the new edition of the List of Wild Animals under National Key Protection and is classified as a national second-class protected wild animal. The Jiande Municipal People's Procuratorate has handled 17 cases of endangering precious and endangered wild animals, involving 33 people, with a total of 69 thrushes. For the act of catching thrushes, not only should the perpetrator be investigated for criminal responsibility for the crime of endangering precious and endangered wild animals, but also should bear civil compensation for damage to the loss of national resources. At the same time, cases that are handled relatively without prosecution should be transferred to the relevant administrative functional departments for handling in accordance with law in accordance with the linkage mechanism between execution and execution.
