After 5 months, the much-watched "Yuan Create the Future" Metaverse Design and Creative Competition judging meeting was recently held in Caohejing Center, and 35 authoritative experts from various fields served as the judges of this competition.

It is understood that since its launch in October 2022, the organizers of the competition have carefully organized and promoted, and art and design universities and all walks of life have responded positively, collecting a total of 1,527 entries. The shortlisted works participating in this judging meeting have undergone multiple rounds of online screening, representing the leading level in the field of metaverse design, and the final special prize, gold award and special award of each track have been selected after this offline centralized review.
The judges were unanimously shocked and unanimously impressed by the creativity of the entries, and comprehensively evaluated the shortlisted works from the five levels of conceptual creativity, visual expression, application expansion, technical level and completion quality by understanding the basic information, creative process and detailed drawings of the works.
At present, the development of the metaverse industry is an important starting point for Xuhui to take the lead in improving the layout, and Hongmei Caohejing Development Zone, as the first batch of metaverse characteristic industrial parks in Shanghai, has gathered a number of outstanding enterprises in the metaverse track. It is reported that in order to comprehensively display the results of the competition and create a fashionable frontier place for Xuhui to "get close to the metaverse life", the WMDC Metaverse Design Creative Series offline exhibition will be held at the Nine Points Water Art Museum and Tree House, focusing on the excellent works of the competition and the cutting-edge art of the metaverse from enterprises in the jurisdiction, and the exhibition will last until May.
