HONG KONG, Dec. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Youth Square has been hosting different film appreciation events to share positive information with young people through film culture and art, including inspirational, cultural and artistic, environmental protection, and even life philosophy. This year, for the first time, culture @MAZE Asian Youth Film Festival will be held in Youth Square, which will select thirteen films from different parts of Asia to cultivate young people's interest and appreciation in film culture and art, and to promote cultural exchanges and awareness of Asian culture.

Following the launching ceremony and press conference of the "CULTURE @MAZE Asian Youth Film Festival" held on the afternoon of November 23 this year, the wonderful programs of the Asian Youth Film Festival will continue to be held, and the Youth Square will hold a film screening, and thirteen exhibited works will be broadcast for six consecutive days from December 27 this year to January 1 next year. The thirteen exhibited works are from different countries and regions in Asia, including: Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, India and Israel.

CULTURE @MAZE Asian Youth Film Festival series, which includes filmmaker talks, film travel, and film screenings. On the night of the launching ceremony, Youth Square took the lead in holding a sharing meeting of "Filmmaker Dialogue", inviting Tang Xiaokang, director of the Malaysian film "Love Exists", and Leung Chi Keung, director of the Singapore film "Recruit 3: The Legend of the Frogman", to personally share with the young people the experience behind the filmmakers' starlight and inspire young people to stick to their dreams. Walk in HK led young people to visit different film locations in Hong Kong, from Chai Wan to The Sheung Wan area, to savor each film plot.
