Ingredients: 2 preserved eggs, 200g lean meat, 1 small rape, 1 cup rice, some shredded ginger
Method:
1: Cut lean meat into strips, add 1 spoonful of cooking wine, 1 spoonful of light soy sauce, 1 spoonful of oyster sauce and ginger shreds, marinate for 1 minute, dice the preserved eggs, and soak the rice for 20 minutes in advance.

3. Egg noodles

Method:

Ingredients: 300 grams of minced pork, a handful of spring onions, 300 grams of flour, 5 grams of sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweet pasta sauce, yeast, etc
Method: First melt 3 grams of yeast with warm water, pour 300 grams of flour, remember to add some sugar to the flour to promote fermentation, stir into dough and knead into dough, cover with plastic wrap and make it twice as large!
2. Prepare the filling during the awakening process. 300g of minced pork plus cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweet noodle sauce each spoonful, stir well and slowly add about 40g of green onion and ginger water/peppercorn water, add a little each time, stir and absorb thoroughly and then add and stir again.

3. After the fermentation is completed, take out the dough and knead it thoroughly, then divide it into small agents of about 15g, press it slightly flat with the palm of your hand, and then roll out the dough with a rolling pin to form a thick dough on both sides in the middle. Wrap the filling and put in the steamer to rise again for about 15 minutes. Cold water pot, boil the steamed water over high heat for another 15 minutes, turn off the heat without uncovering, simmer for 3 minutes to open the pot~
5. Sauce and fragrant cake
Ingredients: Finger bread, green onion, garlic, white sesame seeds
Sauce: bean paste + soybean paste + tomato paste + oyster sauce + five-spice powder + white sesame seeds + white sugar + starch
