In 1959, he was transferred to the Bayi Film Studio and became a professional film actor.
In the 1950s, she starred in and participated in films such as "White Haired Girl", "Flower Good Moon", "Daughter of the Party", "Storm", "Jiangshan Duojiao" and so on. Among them, Tian Hua's role as Xi'er in the film "White Haired Girl" filmed by the Northeast Film Studio in 1950 made her famous overnight, and she also won a gold medal issued by the Ministry of Culture.
