The mystery is that there are some "marginal components" in these speculations, because the "physiological characteristics" and "multiple diseases" of different ages and genders are grasped.
One point needs to be pointed out that when these "jianghu langzhong" diagnose the disease, the diagnosis is very general, just saying which part and which organ are "not good", without clearly stating the disease. The "mystery" of this is that the word "bad" can be left and right, light or heavy, and can be explained by "cancer", "terminal disease" and "strange disease"; it can also be said to be "common disease" and "multiple diseases"; it can be "acute disease" or "chronic disease".

For example, the stomach is not good, including diseases, Chinese medicine has "stomach pain", "spleen and stomach weakness", "indigestion", "vomiting", "choking diaphragm", "nausea", "bloating" and so on. Western medical diseases include "gastric 12-finger ulcer", "acute and chronic gastritis", "stomach cancer", "dyspepsia", "gastric prolapse" and "liver, gallbladder, pancreas, small intestine" and other diseases, all of which are related to gastric diseases.

This "Plough Rake Sutra" has said all the symptoms that may occur physiologically in middle-aged women, including "menopause", as long as they can encounter two or three symptoms, some fast-mouthed patients will automatically "fully tell". The jianghu calls this "diagnosis method" called "the upper part of the brain gate heart, and the lower one speaks of the foot plate heart." ”
2. Diagnosis of Cangchai (elderly women)
The elderly women are called "Cangchai" in the jianghu. "Mother-in-law, your disease, according to the pulse image, is a loss of qi and blood." There is a way that women are mainly blood, heart blood, liver blood, spleen blood, lung blood. Blood should be active, and blood movement is comfortable for all four limbs. If you lose blood, and qi goes with your blood, you lose your qi. If the liver does not hide blood, it will appear dizzy, and it is afraid of the wind, and when the wind blows, it will feel very annoyed. The liver can affect the kidneys, so the liver blood is insufficient, the kidneys are also loss-making, and tinnitus occurs, and when the ears ring, the sound is fierce, like a cicada calling in the ear; after a long time, it is necessary to go downwind to hear people talking. The spleen is not in the blood, that is, the stomach is weak, eat something, it is full and bloated, and eat more than one bite to stagnate. Usually the waist and ribs are full of swelling, the hands and feet are weak and weak, the body is uncomfortable, the lungs are not moist, of course, the throat will be itchy, the mouth will be dry, the tongue will be dry, the wind will cough when it blows, and sometimes there will be a series of choking coughs. These diseases must be well cured, cured well, and how good it is to enjoy a few more years of happiness! ”
3. Diagnosis of Cangsheng (elderly man)
The jianghu called the elderly man "Cangsheng". Uncle, this disease of yours, on the pulse, looks like when you were young, you your heart for a while, worked a little harder, and overworked to get it. Now that I am old, my qi and blood are lost, my health is poor, and my illness will come out. Usually, the heart and kidneys are always absent, the heart is tired and tight, and the dreaming at night cannot sleep peacefully. Kidneys do not take the breath, always feel wheezing, more movement on the breath can not catch the breath, the spirit is not vibrant, late at night to urinate, the shape of the cold and cold, to eat some fire to return to the yuan of the medicine, to the heart and kidneys, to achieve water and fire, the disease will soon be better, you rest assured. ”
Fourth, diagnose middle-aged men
"Big brother, you have this disease, the pulse is tight, the disease is in the kidney meridian, the face is dull, the mouth is hot and dry, the heart is troubled, the waist is swollen, the limbs are weak, the knees are weak, sometimes the dizziness and tinnitus, the impotence is not firm, and sometimes there is white turbidity and premature ejaculation, which is a disease of sperm and blood loss. Kidney essence, for the innate essence, kidney main water, and sanjiao, bladder two intestines main semen. Kidney sperm, sperm pulp, marrow through the brain. It is necessary to use a large medicine to supplement kidney deficiency before it can be treated. This is based on the physiological phenomenon that middle-aged men have kidney deficiency and compile the "Plough Rake Sutra".
As we all know, the Origin of China's "Pulse Method" is very early, and in the "Spring and Autumn Warring States" period, there is a record of "Bian Que Cutting Pulse". Sima Qian's "History of Bian Quecang Gonglie" said: "Bian Que drank the medicine of Chang Sang jun and saw the people on the yuan side, so as to see the disease, see the five visceral cruxes, and especially in the name of diagnosing the pulse." ”
It can be seen that the "divine doctor Bian Que", who is respected by the jianghu doctors as the "ancestor", cannot yet rely solely on "cutting the pulse" to cure the disease, not to mention the "warlocks" who "swim in the rivers and lakes" in later generations. Even the ancestor who explained the study of pulse, the famous physician "Wang Shuhe" of the Jin Dynasty, said in the preface to the "Pulse Sutra": "The pulse is subtle, its body is difficult to distinguish, the strings, tightness, floating, qian, exhibition, and transformation are similar, which are easy in the heart and difficult to understand under the fingers." ”
Later, the "Guidelines for Detecting Diseases" such as "Shi Fa" also commented on "knowing the disease by pulse", saying: "It is a coincidence to know the pulse and know it, but how can you see its true coincidence, and specially steal the name to deceive the world." Even the Ming Dynasty's "Li Shizhen"'s "Endangered Lake Pulse Science" also said that "the pulse is competitive." From the expositions of successive generations of physicians, it can be seen that "knowing the disease by pulse" alone is not reliable, and even if one or two of the pathologies can be said, it is also widely collected by the "Plough Rake Sutra".
Moreover, when the doctor meets the patient, the vision of the eyes, the hearing of the ears, and the smell of the nose will not be closed or used. For example, the ear can understand the patient's speech, breathing, coughing, moaning and other sound changes by hearing. The nose smells the patient's breath, body odor, and excrement by the sense of smell. The eyes can visually observe the patient's skin color, demeanor and various parts of the body surface.
It can be seen that only by "cutting the pulse to know the disease", there is actually the content of the second diagnosis of "hope" and "smell", which is inseparable from the data of "hope" and "smell". Therefore, the so-called "knowing the disease by pulse" of "jianghu doctors" is an exaggeration, in fact, it contains part of the content of the two diagnoses of "hope" and "smell", not necessarily superb medical skills, but a means to win the trust of patients and gain the trust of patients. In medical psychology, it is beneficial to use this method appropriately, but it is deceptive if it is mysterious.
