First, the fire dragon to drive away the cold
Preparation before work: soak your feet in hot water until your body is hot, drink a cup of hot water (add some salt if you want to sweat) or drink a bowl of hot porridge (the storage of calories is larger than hot water), or drink some wine (green plum wine is better), or drink some ginger sugar tea, do some massage or other guidance (see later), and pour a cup of hot water.
Posture: Sit cross-legged, or lie on your back. When sitting cross-legged, place the palms of your hands up (palms) on your lap, and when lying on your back, fold your hands on your umbilicus. Be sure to be windproof and keep warm.
Exercises:
(1) Close your eyes to keep the navel, first inhale the chest, then inhale the abdomen, and silently check the number of "l, 2,......", roughly a second to check a number, at least check 64, the more the better, most of the time is actually in the breath, to hold back when the exhalation, can be slow or fast, can be loud or not. After several deep and long breaths, you can adjust it with a shorter breath. The degree of fever and sweating depends on the time of inhalation and air retention, and the longer the time of each breathing, the faster the body will heat up and sweat. Depending on the need for fever and sweating, the work time and the time of aeration are determined.
This method increases the abdominal pressure, promotes a large amount of blood storage in the abdominal cavity to accelerate the return, flows through the heart to the surface of the body, and changes the pH of the blood, thereby forcing the cold to be discharged. This method is equivalent to adding a heart, which can strengthen the heart function, strengthen the visceral self-massage, and strengthen the visceral function, which has the comprehensive effect of dispelling diseases and strengthening the body.
(2) After drinking another cup of hot water (if you don't want to sweat heavily, you don't have to), when you inhale, the air goes from the navel (Zhongdantian, Mingti) to the lower Huangting, and stays in the lower Huangting when exhaling; then inhale to the life gate, stay in the life gate when exhaling; then inhale to the upper Yellow Garden, exhale and stay in the Upper Huangting; inhale and then to the Life, exhale to stay in the Life Pavilion. Repeat this for at least 8 cycles, and finally return to the Middle Huangting, use natural breathing to practice for a while, and then shake your body to collect the work. If you want to increase the amount of sweat after the upper step, still use the air holding method, inhale to the intentional part to check the number of closed breath; if you do not increase the amount of sweat, just breathe deeply and long, do not have to hold your breath. If you only sweat slightly, you don't have to wipe the sweat, if you sweat a lot, you should dry it with a dry soft towel, and it is best to rub the skin red.
This method means to guard the magnetic field of the human trunk up and down, the four poles before and after, the segmented communication of Ren Dou Xiao Zhou Tian, returning to the center of the human magnetic field, in addition to driving away the cold through deep breathing and closed breathing, it can develop the potential of the Heavenly Destiny And the Post-Heavenly Destiny Gate, and communicate with the heavens and the earth through the Heavenly Gate on the Upper Yellow Garden and the Earth Household under the Lower Yellow Garden, so as to achieve the harmony of water and fire, and stimulate the hypothalamus in the upper Yellow Garden area The body temperature regulation center can improve the self-control function of human body temperature.
Second, cold resistance
Cold Resistance Gong is the main skill of Fire Dragon Gong.
1. Fire Dragon Alchemy
After practicing the Fire Dragon Cold Repellent Technique, he continued to practice.
Use a sit-down or stand-pile or horizontal type. The standing pile type is suitable for those with good physique and intentional enhancement of physique, the legs are separated, the shoulder width is the same, the tiptoe buckle (can prevent spontaneous work), the upper body is straight, the legs are slightly bent (the degree of squatting is determined according to the physique, to be able to support, not to tremble, easy to heat during practice, slightly sore legs after practicing), eyes slightly closed, hands between the waist, palms up (yang palm). Sit cross-legged with your hands on your knees, palms up, and your eyes closed.
Breathe deep abdominally and inhale into the bulging abdomen. Exhale to close the abdomen. After meditating on "I am Pengzu and Pengzu is me" with the breath, visualize the light of the sun and moon and the energy of the universe forming a fire dragon swirling around the body, and the flames are raging. Rise from behind you on inhale and fall in front of you on exhalation, repeating 3-9 times.
Then visualize the fire dragon entering the body from the gate of heaven (the center of the head), exhaling from the chest and abdomen to the feet, and inhaling from the back to the head, repeating 3 to 9 times.
Then visualize the fire dragon traveling along the Ren Dou pulse, inhale from the Dou Chakra upwards, exhale down from the Ren Chakra, and repeat 3 to 9 times.
The above fire dragon entanglement, fire dragon into the body, fire dragon body is actually the fire dragon (size) Zhou Tian, is the fire dragon as the information carrier of the Zhou Tian Gong, can not only collect the energy of heaven and earth, but also can zhou tian qi, but also play the role of fire dragon information guidance.
Then visualize the fire dragon entering the middle yellow court, becoming a fireball, illuminating the whole body, and becoming a fire dragon itself, starting to practice Dan, and repeatedly meditating "I am the fire dragon, the fire dragon is me" until you forget to settle down. After the decision, the hands are clasped, the body is shaking, and the harvest is finished.
After practicing this exercise after the internal qi is sufficient, you can warm up the whole body, and combined with the method of closing the breath, you can drive away the cold. When the qi is full of light, it can go from not being afraid of cold to not feeling cold; when the light is strong, it can go from not feeling cold to not being cold.
Practicing this exercise can cure cold disease and enhance physical fitness, but it is easy to make a fire, may drink, dry nose, mouth and tongue sores, want to drink cold water, but only drink warm water in winter, so as not to cause cerebrovascular spasm. Usually, increase the amount of water to drink. When sleeping, it is necessary to practice Wolong Gong to reconcile it so as not to be impotent.
2. Wolonggong in winter
Wolong Gong can not only reconcile yin and yang, prevent hyper impotence, but also regulate and enhance physical fitness as a whole, thereby further improving cold resistance, slowing down metabolism and prolonging life. Exercise is energy consumption and cold resistance, lying work is energy saving and cold resistance, and raw energy is cold resistance.
Wolong Gong is lying work and sleeping work, and does not take up other time. First use the supine type, press the umbilicus with both hands, and then use the side lying type, the posture is not limited, and it is appropriate to be comfortable.
First use deep abdominal breathing, silently recite "Jing" when inhaling, and silently recite "0" when exhaling (see "Peng Zu 0 Character Tips Series Exercises" for details). Beginners have about 36 times, and long-term practitioners have 9 times.
Then use natural breathing, regardless of breathing, imagine the swelling of the two hands; when the hands feel obvious, then imagine the swelling of the feet; after the feet feel obvious, then imagine the middle huangting heat; after the middle of the yellow court heat, imagine the internal qi running, from the middle dantian to the toes, from the toes to the back to the top of the head, and then from the front to the middle dantian, repeated 3 to 9 times. Notice that one breath and one inhale, only run one inch, not fast, but to feel the feeling. Finally, the qi gathered in the Huangting, and then an inducing idea: "cold resistance, water and fire, yin and yang coordination, the whole body through Thai" . Then repeat the "0" - "spirit" word recipe.
The first practice is easy to fall asleep, and perhaps the above process is not finished before falling asleep, which can cure insomnia. It is difficult to fall asleep after long practice, when you want to sleep, change to a sideways body (the posture is not limited, it is appropriate to be comfortable), think about practicing while sleeping, and silently recite the "0" word trick to fall asleep.
This method is also a guided hypnosis method, hypnotic guidance, emphasis on mind induction, internal qi feeling, internal qi operation, unlike the general practice of not pursuing qi sense, but to ensure that there is a clear sense of qi - it is a hypnotic means, but also a hypnotic effect - can transform the mind into physiological feelings and reactions. For example, imagine that the hand "swells" to have a sense of expansion, and the "heavy" has to be so heavy that you can't lift your hand - you can try, if you can move, you have not yet reached the hypnotic effect, and you have not entered the hypnotic state. After entering the hypnotic state, the mind that is then applied can maximize the regulation of physiology, so that the physiology is guided by the idea. After practicing this exercise for a long time, on the one hand, the internal qi is sufficient, on the other hand, the mental strength is enhanced, and when you are not practicing, you can just close your eyes and meditate on the "0" word for half a minute to get lucky and get lucky.
During practice, fall asleep without asking, wake up and practice again. Falling asleep is not drowsy, can't sleep is not insomnia, wake up in the morning, and after practicing for a while, visualize the internal qi rotating positively and negatively in the middle yellow court 9 times, the positive rotation from small to large (egg yolk large), the anti-rotation from large to small (a little). First take a deep breath, and then slowly get up, because the metabolism is slow, the heart rate is slow, there must be an adjustment process, otherwise the heart rate will be too fast. After getting up, pour a cup of hot water, cover well, drink this water after washing, this warm water is active water, has a strengthening effect, and can reduce blood lipids, blood viscosity, and prevent stroke.
Fire Dragon Repellent Cold Gong, Fire Dragon Alchemy Gong, and Winter Wolong Gong can be combined into Fire Dragon Reclining Gong to practice together.
