On January 18th, Jianguo Community joined hands with the Party Branch of Qiaokou Park to hold a creative handmade lantern making with bottles of mineral water in Shanghe College, allowing children to make their own lanterns, which is a very meaningful thing, I believe it will become children's childhood memories.
At the event, the handicraft teacher first introduced the legend about lanterns and explained the making methods and precautions of lanterns. The children pick up the prepared materials (empty mineral water bottles, red paper, scissors, glue), and under the guidance of the teacher, they start to make the lanterns, step by step to build, fix, assemble, then paste the ornaments and small flowers, and finally press the handle. After more than 1 hour of production, beautiful lanterns were completed one by one. After the activity, the children held the lanterns they made and smiled one by one: "I like the activities held in the community and Qiaokou Park, the environment is good, the activities are novel, and I want to participate in more community activities in the future, and I hope that the activities of the community can continue to be done."
The little lantern conveys to us a life idea and a holiday greeting. In the activities of children making lanterns, the children's love for life was expressed.
