During the Spring Festival, the Daoli District Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau combined with the actual situation of the management of the North Square of Harbin Station, studied and judged the market trend of the Spring Festival in advance, clarified the key periods and key points, and comprehensively investigated and strictly controlled it. Through the patrol of "civil air defense + technical defense", that is, the patrol of three law enforcement squadrons of the Traffic Section, coupled with nearly 500 illegal parking and capture cameras on streets and roads in key areas, mutual assistance, and reasonable allocation of law enforcement forces in combination with the train arrival schedule, effectively cracked down on illegal operation of vehicles and illegal taxis in the North Square area of Harbin Station. Set up the most advanced identification system for ride-hailing vehicles in underground ride-hailing passenger areas, establish a special waiting area for ride-hailing, and screen and check legal ride-hailing and "black cars" to prevent illegal "black cars" from mixing and carrying out illegal operations in online ride-hailing areas. Since the 14th, a total of 474 passing vehicles have been inspected in the North Square of Harbin Station and Taiping International Airport, 1 illegal online ride-hailing car and 2 illegal "black cars" have been seized, and 31 unlicensed vendors have been cleaned up.
Harbin Taiping International Airport plans to carry out more than 400 flights throughout the day, and is expected to carry 50,000 passengers. In order to further optimize the traffic order during the Spring Festival, all members of the Daoli District Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau took up their posts to conduct round-the-clock inspections in front of the airport terminal, above-ground parking lots, underground parking lots, and second-floor terminals, focusing on "black cars", illegal online ride-hailing, unlicensed vendors and other violations of laws and regulations among passing vehicles. At the same time, it cooperates with airport public security, traffic and other law enforcement departments to jointly enforce the law, and through information sharing and joint logistics, promptly notifies relevant departments to investigate and deal with problems when they are found, and effectively improves the traffic environment and order of Taiping International Airport.
