Bull has launched a newly designed mountain socket product, the new socket product in black color, more stable, but also more in line with the modern decorative style. This socket has a 3C1A interface and supports 67W fast charging output. And with three new GB five-pin jacks, it meets the needs of AC electrical equipment and laptop and mobile phone charging at the same time.
The socket has a physical switch for global power supply control, eliminating the need for frequent plugging and unplugging. USB-C1 and C2 interfaces both support 67W output power, and support power blind mating, and support automatic power allocation when multiple ports output at the same time. Bull 67W Peak Quick Charge Socket out of the box
The front and side of the box are conveniently printed with the BULL brand, socket name, appearance and selling points, etc., and the product belongs to the Bull Safe Fast Charging Mountain Socket series, supporting up to 67W fast charging.
The back and other sides are printed with product specifications, characteristics and precautions.
Bull's peak fast-charging socket design uses a new ID language, black paint throughout, matte texture on the surface of the flame-retardant shell, textured design with metal decorative ring, and ambient indicator light at the front bottom, highlighting the grade and more fashionable.
The socket comes with a three-pin plug power cord with a bull brand designed in the center of the front of the plug.
Both sides of the plug are designed for easy plugging, and there is specification information on the inside: 10A 250V~, which has passed CCC certification.
The three cores of the power cord have been bold to ensure safety in line with the standard.
A major feature of the product is that the bottom of the fuselage is "cut" off a part, so that the socket is tilted 30 degrees, bringing a more reasonable insertion and unplugging angle and improving the comfort of use.
The front of the socket is equipped with 4 USB ports of 3C1A, all of which are classic blue rubber cores, and the corresponding distinguishing logo is printed next to the interface.

Bull 67W Peak Quick Charge Socket disassembled
After watching the unpacking and testing of the bull 67W peak fast charging socket, let's disassemble it and take a look at the design and materials inside this fast charging socket.
First pry the shell along the seam of the fast charging panel, and the first thing you see is the USB fast charging module.
The fast charging module is powered by wire welding connection, and the back side is dissipated by a brass sheet.
The wires are cold-pressed and the terminals are then soldered to the fast charging module.
Desoldering separates the connection of the fast charging module from the socket module and continues to disassemble.
The socket wires are soldered to the inner copper strip, and the socket modules are connected by copper strip welding. Power input live wire welding connection switch for global power supply control.
Remove the internal socket modules, which are equipped with safety gates to prevent foreign objects from entering, and the power cord is secured by pressure platens and screws.
The three socket modules are welded to copper bars and fixed in conjunction with the housing.
The housing is made of flame-retardant PC material and is printed with the product model and bull logo.
Fast charging modules welded brass heat sinks dissipate heat from transformers and primary switch tubes.
The rear heat sink dissipates heat from the rectifier bridge and reduces the temperature rise.
Remove the heat sink, the left side of the fast charging PCBA module is the switching power supply circuit, and the right side is the output step-down circuit, which is clearly organized. The upper left corner is the input end, welded fuse, common-mode inductor, safety X2 capacitor, high voltage filter capacitor. In the lower left corner are the primary switch and transformer. Three small plates are soldered to the right for the step-down output, and two solid capacitors in the lower right corner are used for output filtering.
Two rectifier bridges are welded in the upper right corner of the back of the PCBA module, the primary main control chip is welded in the lower right corner, and an optocoupler is soldered between the primary stages for output voltage feedback.
Through the observation of the front and back of the PCBA module, it is found that the fast charging module adopts a flyback switching power supply and a fixed voltage output. The output voltage is output through three buck circuits. It can be clearly seen through the back trace that the USB-C3 buck board and the USB-A port are shared. Let's start with the input to understand the information of each device.
The input delay fuse is from Huade Electronics and is 3.15A 250V. Behind the fuse is a common-mode inductor, wound with enameled wire and insulated wire, and an insulating bracket welded to the bottom.
The safety X2 capacitor comes from STE Matsuda Electronics and is specified as 0.22μF.
The second stage of common-mode inductors is wound with flat copper wires and an insulating bracket welded to the bottom.
The two rectifier bridges are from Yangjie, model YBS3010, and the two half-bridges are connected to evenly spread the heat and reduce the local temperature rise.
A high voltage filter capacitor from Emerald, heat resistant at 115°C, and specified at 400V 27μF.
The differential mode inductor is wound with an I-core and insulated by a heat shrinkable tube.
The three high-voltage filter capacitors are from Wanjingyuan, and the specification is 400V 27μF, 115°C heat resistant.
The primary main control chip is silk-screen printed Upt, using SOT23 package.
The primary switch tube from Xinjieneng model NCE70T260F is a 700V withstand voltage, 260mΩ superjunction NMOS, using TO220F package.
The filter capacitor that powers the main control chip is from Fengbin and is specified at 4.7μF 50V.
The transformer core is insulated with a plastic shell.
SMD Y capacitor comes from Sichuan Teruixiang Technology Co., Ltd., which has the characteristics of small size and light weight, and is very suitable for high-density power products such as gallium nitride fast charging. The part number is TMY1101K.

The charging head network learned that in addition to being used by dozens of high-power chargers such as Basecomm QC5 certified 100W gallium nitride fast charge, Maiduoduo 100W gallium nitride, OPPO 65W super flash charging gallium nitride charger, Lenovo 90W gallium nitride fast charging, Nubia 65W gallium nitride charger, Baseus 120W gallium nitride + silicon carbide PD fast charging charger, etc., it can also be applied to 20W mini fast charging of brands such as Hailutong, First Guard, Belkin and other brands, and its performance has been unanimously recognized by customers.

EL1019 photocouplers are used for output voltage feedback.

The synchronous rectifier tube comes from Xinjieneng and is a 120V NMOS with a conduction resistance of 9.5mΩ and a DFN5*6 package.
Remove the three-way buck board of the fast charging module.
The two output filter capacitors are from Fengbin, PT series solid capacitors. It is specified at 470μF 25V.
A Wanjingyuan PR series solid capacitor is used for output filtering and is specified at 220μF 25V.
Close-up of three buck boards, of which USB-C1 is exactly the same as USB-C2 board, and USB-C3 board is common to USB-A port. The three small boards all adopt Zhirong SW3516P step-down control chip.
The back of the small board is welded with step-down inductor and output filter capacitor, and the USB-C3 small board is welded with VBUS switch tube for dual-port fast charging control.
Zhirong SW3516P is a highly integrated multi-fast charging protocol dual-port charging chip, supporting A+C port any port fast charging output, supporting dual-port independent current limiting, parameters and specifications are the same as Zhirong SW3516H.
The SW3516P integrates a 5A high efficiency synchronous buck converter. Support PPS/PD/QC/AFC/FCP/SCP/PE/SCP and other fast charging protocols, maximum output PD 100W, CC/CV mode, and dual-port management logic. Only a small number of peripheral devices are required to form a complete high-performance multi-fast charging protocol dual-port charging solution.

The step-down switch tube comes from Xinjieneng model, NCEP4040Q, is a voltage-resistant 40V NMOS, conduction of 7.7mΩ, using DFN3.3*3.3 package.
A 5mΩ resistor is used for output current sensing.
The VBUS switch tube for USB-C3 and USB-A ports adopts valley peak G33N03, dual NMOS, withstand voltage 30V, resistance 10mΩ.
Two 5mΩ resistors are used for USB-C and USB-A port output current sensing.
The power indicator is welded to a small vertical board to fit the housing design.
The MCU for automatic control of output power comes from Xinhai, model CSU32P10, is an 8-bit MCU with built-in 12-bit ADC, integrated oscillator, supports 2.4~5.5V working voltage, and adopts MSOP10 package.
