This year marks the 100th anniversary of the death of Shen Zengzhi, a well-known scholar, poet and calligrapher at the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the People's Dynasty. "Confucianism in Modern Times – Special Exhibition Commemorating the 100th Anniversary of Shen Zengzhi's Death" is being held at the Jiaxing Museum in Zhejiang Province. The 170 exhibits focus on Shen Zengzhi's family, officials, friends, achievements, etc., showing the name of the late Qing generation of Confucianism as "filial piety for the family, pure ministers for the country, and foresight for the world".

This exhibition is the first joint exhibition of cultural relics excavated from the ruins of Bohai and Southern Han Kingdom, and 178 excavated cultural relics are selected to comprehensively display the political, economic, cultural, religious and foreign exchanges of Bohai State and Southern Han Kingdom, allowing the audience to feel the Tang Yun (South) Han style in the archaeological achievements of the North and South.

The Lingjiatan site is the largest and most complete Neolithic central settlement site in the Chaohu basin in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and more than 1,100 high-specification jade tools unearthed represent the highest level of jade culture in the same period of the Neolithic Yangtze River basin. The exhibition exhibits 194 cultural relics, which not only present 27 cultural relics unearthed from the Lingjiatan site in the Palace Museum, but also present the same type of cultural relics of the Hongshan culture and Liangzhu culture, which are the three prehistoric centers of jade control.
