On July 17, local time, the 74th Cannes International Film Festival came to an end in France, and the ten major awards were announced one by one. Among them, french female director Giulia di Cuno won the Palme d'Or for her second work "Titanium", which is the second female director to win the Palme d'Or after Jane Campion in 1993. The film revolves around a serial killer, and film critics have a bipolar view of the film, with some praising its originality and some disgusted by its crazy clutter.

In addition, "A Parting" director Asha Farhati's new work "A Hero" and the emotional sketch about the train encounter "Carriage Six" won the Grand Jury Prize; the opening film "Annette" director Leo Caracchus won the best director; the best actor and actress were won by "Netlam" Karebo Landry Jones, "The Worst Man in the World" Renate Reinsf; and Japanese director Ryusuke Hamaguchi "Driving My Car" won the best screenplay.

The Palme d'Or-winning Thai director Apichatpong's new work "Memory", which is supervised by Jia Zhangke, is tied for the jury award this time, and is expected to be released in Chinese mainland.
