On June 29th, the "Taste Ai, Explore the Ocean" robot food carnival jointly created by Haichang Ocean Park and Qianxi Robot Group, a subsidiary of Country Garden, was unveiled in Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park. It is understood that the activity is divided into three major robot theme areas, which can meet the gastronomic needs of tourists of all ages.

Zheng Fang, senior director of Haichang Ocean Park Marketing Center and Derivative Consumption Center, introduced that in order to enhance the innovative development and application of "global tourism", Haichang and Qianxi Group have cooperated in depth to introduce more than 150 catering robots in ten parks across the country, and the park catering has launched "contactless service". May Day, Dragon Boat Festival, under the background of the strong recovery of the tourism market, the catering robot equipment operated in the Haichang Scenic Area has provided 0 contact catering services for hundreds of thousands of tourists.

Talking about the cooperation with Haichang, Xiao Ran, deputy general manager of Qianxi Robot Group, said that catering services, as an important part of scenic spot services, have attracted widespread social attention. Since March this year, Qianxi and Haichang have actively explored new scenarios for the application of catering robots, regarded smart catering as an important part of the construction of smart scenic spots, and used the power of science and technology to upgrade and empower scenic spots. This carnival is a concentrated display of the phased achievements of cooperation between the two sides. As an important achievement of the market-oriented application of robots, catering robots not only provide fast, hygienic and non-contact catering services, but also have the function of popular science, which provides intuitive and convenient conditions for children to contact and cognitive robots. It is hoped that by creating a summer tourism hotspot activity that integrates experience and popular science, more children can experience the fun of scientific and technological cuisine, and also give richer user value to both brands. At present, Qianxi Group has put more than 2,000 sets of catering robot equipment in 27 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across the country, covering more than 100 scenic spots, and the equipment accounts for 70%.

In response to the next step, the heads of Haichang and Qianxi said that the two sides will continue to empower each other in the fields of brand building, marketing, consumer operation innovation and other fields through extensive and integrated cooperation, and work together to provide users with higher quality, richer and better user experience.
