The play will run until April 18, and on April 23, it will tour suzhou, Shenzhen, Harbin and Tianjin.
The novel "Long Hate Song" won the Fifth Mao Dun Literature Award. In April 2003, "Long Hate Song" was first put on the stage by Shanghai Dramatic Arts Center, and the team formed by screenwriter Zhao Yaomin, general director Su Leci, director Zhou Xiaoqian, stage designer Liu Xinglin, and composer Wang Jiwei formed a team, causing a sensation.
In the past 18 years since the first round of performances, in addition to polishing the script in each round of "Long Hate Song", it is also constantly trying to adjust and seek new breakthroughs in stage design, music, costumes and other aspects. Wang Anyi recently said at the sharing meeting of the creator of the eighteenth anniversary of "Long Hate Song", "Among the various versions, the drama version is still the closest to me. The beauty of drama is that it can constantly interpret new meanings. ”
Three hours, three eras, this round of performances by Shanghai Dramatic Arts Center actor Zhu Jie to interpret the "Shanghai Miss" Wang Qiyao's ups and downs of life. "Beautiful" and "relics" form the overall vocabulary of the "Long Hate Song" stage design, in three hours, old alleys, old cameras, old furniture, phonographs and other old objects, combined with the characteristics of different eras of qipao, dresses, suits, etc. character modeling, coupled with the plot with the appropriate benefits of lighting and sound effects, let the audience follow the changes of "scenery" and "people", shuttle through the three eras of Shanghai.
Since April 10, Shanghai Dramatic Arts Center has launched the theme activity of reproducing the Shanghai 1940 Theater, restoring shanghai's "alleys" in the theater and evoking memories of childhood.
