Several new characters are coming in the lineup of this sequel, such as Oscar Isaac's Miguel O'Hara. However, a large number of Spider-Men have been introduced in the latest trailer, perhaps even up to double digits, and here is a continuation of the inventory for everyone:

6. Mayday Parker

One of the most popular spiders among comic book fans is Mayday Parker. After her father, Peter Parker, was seriously injured in a battle with the Green Goblin, he retired to become Spider-Man, with Mayday continuing to take his place.

Debuted as Spider Girl in "What If...". #105, the manga she went on to run for eight years, not to mention recurring in comics to this day. However, so far, in the sequel to "Into the Spider", Mayday is still a baby, so her father should not be in much danger.

7. Hobart Brown (Spiderpunk)

Hobart Brown first appeared as a Spiderpunk in the second installment of Spider Universe, where he helped lead a rebellion against President Osborne's regime controlled by the symbiote. However, the sound of his loud guitar turned the situation in his favor.

The merchandise shows that apart from underwear with a British style, the spiderpunk and comic book characters are very similar. It has been confirmed that Spiderpunk will be voiced by Daniel Kalua and appears to be one of the supporting characters in the film.

8. Ben Reilly (Scarlet Spider)

To properly interpret Ben Reilly's turbulent backstory, it takes a dozen story arcs and hundreds of cartoons, so to put it simply, he is a clone of Peter Parker. When everyone understood this, Reilly decided to create his own identity: the Scarlet Spider.

Another fan-favorite character in the manga, no one expected him to appear in a companion board game in the animated sequel. So, he could also be one of the newest supporting characters, which should delight Ben Reilly fans.

9. Cyborg Spider Woman

The most mysterious addition is a variant known only as "cyborg Spider-Woman", who comes in the form of promotional art for toys and some merchandise. However, considering her teamwork with other Spider-Man, this suggests that she is part of the supporting cast.

Her prototype seems to be a biochemical Spider-Man toy from Spider-Man: The Animated Series, but as with this typical pairing, it doesn't really appear in the TV series.

10. Pavit Prabakar (Spider-Man India)

Many fans speculated that his universe was glimpsed in the first trailer for Into the Spider. But it has been confirmed that Prabakar, who debuted in the first installment of Spider-Man: India, will appear in the animated sequel in a new look.

This is a huge highlight compared to his costume in the manga. Consider that the original is basically a standard Spider-Man costume with a minimum Indian aesthetic added.

It's unclear how important his role is in the sequel, but considering that the Spider's concept art was already on display prominently before the latest trailer debuted, this may be more than just a cameo.
