1. Error codes: 602 to 617 and 633, generally dialing software problems, uninstall the original dialing software, reinstall the latest version.
2. Error code: 619 is generally a problem caused by the short interval of reconnecting to the network, resulting in the server failing to connect in time, and then reconnect to the network port after five or six minutes.
3. Error code: 630 or 769 is generally caused by hardware damage such as computer network card or network card driver problems. The computer opens the Network and Sharing Center→ changes adapter settings→ right-clicks Local Area Connection (Ethernet) → disable→ enable it again, check if the network card is working properly? Or check whether the NIC driver has been installed successfully.
4. Error code: 650 or 720 or 734 is generally a network card problem, a peripheral server problem or a network connection error due to forced shutdown. Follow the third path to check whether the network card is working normally, or delete the original network card driver and reinstall it.
5. Error code: 651 or 678 is generally a peripheral server problem, the phenomenon caused by poor contact of the external line or the network cable is not connected, and such problems will occur when the network card is damaged, first check whether the network card is normal. Secondly, observe whether the light cat indicator is normal, such as turning on a red light. There is no optical modem to observe whether the outside line of the network is normal. It can be detected by the instrument, and it will not be judged that there will be a special person to test if you can call the network operator.
6. Error code: 691 is generally caused by arrears or wrong username and password, enter the correct account password, if the error is reported again, call the network operator to ask whether there is arrears or the account is abnormal.
7. Error code: 692 is generally an optical cat problem. Make sure the cat is turned on, and then restart or reset.
8. Error code: 718 or 738 is generally caused by the number of broadband users exceeding the number of IPs provided, wait about 60 minutes and then reconnect, or directly call the network operator to consult the problem solution.
